i want to convert .rar into a wma or be able to watch in itunes how do i do that i cant extract my files either

for a rar file you have to extract the files out of it download winrar just look it up and you will find it after that convert the movie into mp4 so it can work with your ipod

download the program "winrar"
i use it for this one music site.
it converts rar into well over a dozen different file types
